I needed to meet tight deadlines & maintain communication with the developers for a smooth design hand-off. Frequently, I designed landing pages as well , mostly for Orthodontics industry & start-ups.

I started as a web designer, then I transitioned into product design - Both mobile & web apps for various industries - Personal Finance , E-commerce , Project Management, Real Estate etc .
After a while, I led a team of three designers. I had to maintain communication with the stakeholders (product managers & developers) and manage the junior designers working with me. I had to do some project management as well . I gained a good amount of leadership skills & learned to think about the business side of product design.
